Versioned configuration

TL;DR: Jake versions all support configuration automatically. You don't need to manage a repository. Changes start as drafts; publishing makes them live.

What's versioned

• Support instructions and voice
• Safeguards and approval boundaries
• Customer routing choices
• Evaluation scenarios

Credentials and customer conversations are stored separately.

Draft → Published

Changes begin as a draft. Test without affecting customers. Publish when ready. Previous versions remain available.

Where to see it

Settings → Jake → Activity shows the current live version, pending drafts, and change history.
