TL;DR: Open Playground from the account menu. Talk to Jake as a customer. See exactly what they'd see.
Same production agent, same Messenger, safe environment.
Test these cases
For every behavior or action change, run:
- Normal request — should succeed
- Ambiguous request — should ask a clarifying question
- Out-of-policy request — should refuse
- "Can I talk to someone?" — should hand off cleanly
- Adversarial input — should stop safely
Check the result
Choose Open inbox after testing. The thread should have everything a teammate needs to take over.
"Publish your agent to test it here"
This means setup didn't finish. Reconnect your AI teammate from Settings → Jake → AI teammate.
