Settings
TL;DR: Account menu → Settings. Three sections: Jake (behavior/sources/actions), Workspace (team/keys/billing), Connections (models/data).
Sections

Messenger appearance
Workspace → Workspace preferences: support profile, assistant name/avatar, Messenger color, email notifications.
Application keys
Workspace → Application keys: public keys (safe for client code) and application secrets (server-only, shown once after rotation).
Add allowed websites under Approved widget domains.
Models and data
- Connections → Models: managed inference or connect OpenAI / Anthropic / Bedrock
- Connections → Customer data: Segment Identify or Intercom shadow mode
Credentials rule
Model keys, action credentials, and application secrets go only in the dashboard control that requests them. Never in sources, apps, or teammate conversations.
